The British actors Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson first met while filming the Harry Potter movies, in which they played the iconic characters of Harry and Hermione. They quickly became friends and have remained close ever since. In 2010, they starred together in the romantic comedy film Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and Radcliffe has said that Watson is one of his favourite people to work with. They have both since gone on to have successful careers outside of Harry Potter, with Radcliffe starring in films such as The Woman in Black and Swiss Army Man, and Watson appearing in Beauty and the Beast and Little Women. They have both spoken about their experiences of growing up in the public eye and how it has affected their personal lives. Radcliffe spoke about how his parents had to deal with him being recognised everywhere he went from a young age, and how it was something that he still struggled with as an adult. Watson spoke about how her parents had always been supportive of her career, but that she sometimes found it difficult to maintain a normal life while also being in the public eye. Both Radcliffe and Watson are now married with children. Radcliffe has two children with his wife, actor Erin Darke, while Watson has one child with her husband, businessman Charlie Evans. They have both said that they are happy to be able to provide a more normal life for their children away from the public eye.
